Sentencing Arrowsmith to 10 months in prison said: you pleaded guilty at the first chance and “you’re 41 years old, with no previous convictions.
There are three charges against you in regards to the possession of indecent pictures of children.
“I ‘m taking into account your previous good character, you’ve got a wife who supports you, your hopes and a steady employment to begin a family in the near future.
These aren’t victimless crimes, they support serious mistreatment of kids that are occasionally quite young.
“You were frank about the nature of the pictures.”
Digby Johnson told his wife, who wasn’t present in court, were striving for kids and the court Arrowsmith and needed to begin a family.
Arrowsmith, of Church Gresley, Derbyshire, was ordered to pay £250 prices and carry out 160 hours of unpaid work in addition to being made the issue of a curfew confining him from leaving his house between 5am and 7pm.
He was ordered to sign the sexual offenders register and is also prohibited from working with kids.
